Starfish Management Solutions is a full-service company specializing in non-profit and association management. Our services include—but are not limited to--strategic development and implementation, event planning and execution, membership growth, board governance, revenue enhancement, marketing, advocacy, and publication and social media content and ad sales.

Frances M. Gilbert, CAE has more than 20 years of association management experience and is ready to assist you with finding solutions to the challenges you face.  Fran has extensive experience in all aspects of association management and received her Certified Association Executive designation in 2006.  She is a Board member of the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) and is the 2017-18 Chair-Elect of the FSAE Foundation.

    Fran enjoys writing, hiking, spending time with family and friends, going to the beach, and hanging out with her mixed-breed dog, Toby.

Lisa Kamper, has more than 25 years of association management experience. Her background includes working with national and state trade associations and professional societies. Lisa has an extensive background in publications sales and development. 

Lisa enjoys the game of football and loves to cruise.
